The programme takes place at Northolt High School which has an excellent record of sixth form education results.

It is based on solid foundations that are required for volleyball. The programme allows both male and female school leavers aged 16-19 to continue their education alongside their athletic development.

Students have the opportunity to complete a Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sport and a variety of A Levels.

The limit of players is determined by the ability to juggle elite level volleyball training with education, allowing all students to find their place in the squad that will enter
a number of local, international and national competitions. It is also possible for each player, the coach and parents to be involved with discussions relating to progress and targets.


Experienced, well-qualified teaching and coaching staff


Students are supported by a range of talented and well-qualified staff who are nurturing and skilled in meeting their needs. Off the court classes are delivered by specialist Northolt High School staff.

On court trainings are delivered by specialist IBB Polonia London (top team in UK, competing in CEV Champions League) coaching staff.

Free Try outs This april


Pro Volley Academy is thrilled to announce open trials this April for aspiring athletes to join Pro Volley Academy. Free tryouts are scheduled from April 2nd to April 5th at 9 am at Northolt High School. All school leavers aged 16 are invited to join. This is an excellent opportunity for your students to experience what Pro Volley Academy has to offer and to discover the benefits of combining their passion for volleyball with their academic path.

Trials Pro volley academy


Pro Volley Academy is happy to invite students for a free try outs. All passionate players of the age between 16 and 18 are invited between 12th and 26th Feburary at 3pm in Northolt High School. The sessions will be taken by Head Coach Greg Niski who is also Head Coach of IBB Polonia London Super League team.

Trials Pro volley academy


During 3-14 July 2023 (from 10:00 to 12:00) Pro Volley Academy will continue to hold open volleyball trials as well as showcase sessions for potential new player athletes. Anypotential players who are interested in registering for the 2023/2024 have the chance to take part in sessions run by Head Coach Greg Niski and find out for themselves if the program is right for them.

Before we welcome the students, who have joined the academy for the 2022/23 academic year, we would like to say goodbye to the youngsters leaving the Pro Volley.

After the very first two years of Pro Volley Academy, the first student athletes (female and male) have completed their two-year cycle linking education and a professional volleyball training program.


Pro Volley players in the u17 Inter-Regionals


It is with delight that we can inform that two Pro Volley players were selected for the London team that took part in the Under 17 Inter Regionals Championship. Lexi was selected to the female team and Levi to the male.


Pro Volley win silver at the England U18 Championship


On Sunday 24th April, the young players from Pro Volley Academy; the youth section of IBB Polonia London played the grand final of the youth competition; Greg Niski’s players took on Richmond Docklands and after an emotional four set encounter had to settle for silver medals. The game ended 3-1 in favour of Richmond Docklands.

Pro Volley players selected for Cornacchia World Cup


In April, Volleyball England is attending a youth competition – Cornacchia World Cup – in Italy and it will be attended by twelve selected players from either gender. With great pride we can announce that three Pro Volley Academy male players and one female player have been selected for the two squads of twelve. We would like to congratulate the selected players and wish them lots of luck in the upcoming weeks.

Pro Volley make the u18 Championship final of England


On Saturday 12th March 2022, Pro Volley, the academy played the most recent round of matches in Group B with Wessex, Exeter VC and The Boswell School. The players under the eye of Greg Niski won their first two pools without losing a set, and their first two matches in similar style, but the last game saw a better opponent, however a tight count back decision gave the Pro Volley youngsters a ticket to the final.
